Sporting Arc cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
All products can be returned except for the product bought at discounted and bulk prices. Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery failing which, return will not be accepted.
In case of any size issues, we provide one time free exchange . Once we receive the product we will check the quality and ship the exchange order. We need the product unused and with original labels and box. We will arrange return pick up based on location and courier partner availability on case to case basis. If in case Exchange is required 2nd time shipping charges will be taken for the same. product is not eligible for refund after 2nd time exchange. Only credit note will be issued in case of any concerns. Which will be eligible for lifetime.
REFUNDS
If customer wants to return product and apply for refund, he/she can request the same on info@sportingarc.com. Once we receive the product back in original condition we will refund the amount deducting the actual two way shipping cost which will vary from product to product.
Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on info@sportingarc.com within 2 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out with an immediate actions.
